Financial Coaching Updates - March 2024
Availability
The team is evaluating data to ensure that the Financial Coaching program is serving the greatest amount of clients we can. We want to ensure we know the most popular days and times in which clients are booking appointments. This way we can move the program forward more efficiently. DaySmart’s capacity for the specific reports we need is unfortunately limited so we could really use your help! For general availability, think of the times of day you could take appointments but don’t already have in DaySmart.

A reminder that Jemiya and Alexa will be available via Zoom on Monday, March 18th to answer any questions you all may have.
Virtual Appointments
A reminder to all coaches that you do not need to use Zoom for virtual calls with clients. You can also use Google Meet, and are able to schedule virtual video calls for 1.5+ hours. https://meet.google.com/?pli=1
Rainy Day Program
As a reminder, ACC students that are participating in the Rainy Day program are scheduling their required appointments with Financial Coaches. The email they receive from DaySmart when they complete their appointments is their proof of participation - so please make sure to update your ETO profiles and DaySmart statuses after your appointments. New Community Resource
WaFD Bank has been added to the banking resources for those that only have a Matricula or ITIN. You can open a bank account with only one primary document, and the list of primary documents includes a Matricula.
